Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, only if the product is unused and in original packaging.
Customer must check the product carefully at the time of delivery. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately.
Electronic items must be fully tested before accepting delivery; once accepted, they are non-returnable.
Warranty card and original bill are required for all returns or exchanges.
Products returned after 3 days may be subject to additional charges or may not be accepted.
Products without a bill will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If the product damage is caused by the customer, no return or free exchange will be provided.
